We recruit seafarers with proficiency in vessel control, communications, and operational abilities according to their onboard rank and responsibility, who are evaluated by our marine professionals after performing various dimensions of proficiency tests and train them to be the pride of Tangar Shipping according to the company policies.
We are having a database of 56,303+ seafarers in our in-house Crew Management software of a wide range of qualified talented Indian seafarers with experience on all types of vessels including.
