The human resources is the most important asset for any business and in case of shipping company it is more relevant. Apart from knowledge, right attitude of the ship staff towards the work is very important for safe and efficient running of the vessel.

We manage our vessels using a mixed crew management system, where all Indian seafarers are recruited by our in-house Fleet Personnel Department, while seafarers from other nationalities are sourced through our foreign recruitment agency partners. These partners are based in the Philippines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Ukraine, Myanmar, Bangladesh and Russia.
We recruit seafarers with proficiency in vessel control, communications, and operational abilities according to their onboard rank and responsibility, who are evaluated by our marine professionals after performing various dimensions of proficiency tests and train them to be the pride of Tangar Shipping according to the company policies.
