Tangar Ship Management offers free on-board training to seafarers from underprivileged communities. We want to set up our own Maritime Training Institute to provide training, skill development, and career programs for less privileged students. Our goal is to make training accessible to everyone, regardless of money.

We believe in giving opportunities to people from underprivileged backgrounds through scholarships and financial help. Our training center will have lots of courses and certifications, like technical skills and leadership. Experienced instructors will give hands-on training for a confident industry experience.

Tangar Ship Management is all about preserving and conserving the environment, both on land and at sea. We've taken a step further by launching a tree plantation initiative to show our commitment to environmental conservation. But wait, there's more! We're getting our awesome team involved too.
